Salon Ally provides an interactive education platform that helps salons:
- Educate clients about hair care and products
- Generate product recommendations based on service types
- Track client interests and facilitate sales
- Manage product catalogs and pricing
2. Account Terms
For Salon Owners:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be 18+ or have legal authority to enter contracts
- One account per salon location
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
For End Users (Salon Clients):
- No account required to use the service
- Usage is provided courtesy of the salon
- Must be 16+ to use the service
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other salons' data
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
- Misrepresent your identity or salon
- Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the service to spam or harass others
4. Product Information & Disclaimers
Educational content in our kiosk and admin tools is intended to support salon conversations and is not medical advice. Product data originates from salon-provided catalogs and manufacturer sources and may change without notice. Always verify on the product packaging and the manufacturer’s official materials before purchase or use.
- Accuracy: Descriptions, usage guidance, compatibility flags (e.g., color‑safe/keratin‑safe), and pricing are provided for convenience and may not reflect the latest label or MSRP. Final details are determined by the manufacturer and the salon at the point of sale.
- Pricing & Availability: Sizes, availability, and prices vary by salon and region. Displayed figures (including “From” or weekly estimates) are informational only and exclude taxes/discounts unless stated. The salon sets final prices.
- Use & Safety: Follow the on‑package directions and warnings. Perform patch tests when appropriate. If you have scalp/skin conditions or sensitivities, consult a professional and review the ingredient list. We do not guarantee outcomes.
- No Medical Advice: The platform does not provide medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice. Educational content should not replace professional medical guidance.

5. Pricing & Payment
- Subscription: Monthly subscription based on selected plan
- Billing: Charged monthly in advance
- Price Changes: 30 days notice for any price increases
- Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for new accounts
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
- Non-Payment: Service may be suspended for overdue accounts

6. Intellectual Property
Our Content:
- All platform features, design, and educational content are owned by Salon Ally
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform
- Educational content is licensed for use only within the platform
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of your product catalog and pricing data
- You grant us license to display your content within the service
- You warrant that you have rights to all uploaded content
7. Data & Privacy
- We handle data according to our Privacy Policy
- Each salon's data is isolated and not shared with other salons
- You own your salon's data and can export it anytime
- We maintain regular backups but recommend keeping your own records
8. Service Availability
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for any downtime or data loss
- Force majeure events may affect service availability
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for lost profits or lost business
- These limitations apply even if we knew damages were possible
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Salon Ally harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Your use of the service
- Content you upload or display through the service
- Disputes between you and your clients
11. Termination
You May Terminate:
- At any time by canceling your subscription
- By requesting account deletion
We May Terminate:
- For violation of these Terms
- For non-payment
- If required by law
- With 30 days notice for any reason
After Termination:
- Your access to the service ends immediately
- We will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain
- You can request data export before termination
12. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time
- Material changes will be notified via email
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- You can always view the current Terms on our website
13. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA
- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida
- Both parties waive jury trial rights
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: Invalid provisions will be modified to be enforceable
- Waiver: No waiver unless in writing
